Little Kids 4-7 Years

Up to three classes per week, structured for younger children with teamwork, developmental skills and play at the heart of every session.

These classes are built to keep little ones active, listening and moving while learning the basics of grappling in a safe and supportive way.

Kids & Teens 8-14 Years

Up to five classes per week with a mix of Gi, No-Gi and Wrestling classes.

Structured sessions are designed for progression in BJJ, building confidence and resilience on and off the mats.

Adults Fundamentals

Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

These classes focus on the fundamental rules and techniques of BJJ following our tried and tested syllabus to help take you from white belt to blue belt.

Adults Mixed Level

Open to everyone, with slightly more advanced techniques and a greater depth of information.

A good option for students who want to broaden their comprehension, sharpen timing and advance their jiu jitsu knowledge.
