Our kids programme welcomes children from around 4 years old, with classes grouped by age and ability.

Is BJJ safe for children?

Yes. Classes are structured, supervised and coached with safety, respect and control in mind.

What should my child wear?

For the first class, comfortable sports clothing is fine. We will guide you on what to wear for gi training later.

Can parents watch the class?

Yes. Parents and guardians are welcome to watch and support their child during training.
