Is there a free trial?

Yes. New members can start with a 7-day free trial before choosing a membership.

Do I need experience before I start?

No previous experience is required. We have classes for complete beginners through to experienced students.

What should I wear for my first class?

For your first class, shorts or tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt are fine. For gi classes, you will need a gi later on.

Can children join?

Yes. We have memberships for kids ages 4 to 15, with separate pricing for the different age groups.

Can I pay per class?

Yes. We offer pay-per-class options for both adults and kids.
